What battery problems? I have not had any problems with the battery yet ( except when the battery is low, the unit powers on and off continuously, until I charge it again, but I don't think that's a problem with the battery, its just requiring a charge ).

The problem was that the mechanism designed to auto-power down the unit once the battery's charge has dropped below a certain level was not working properly. The effects of this being the possible death of the battery if the user does not keep a watchful eye and allows it to fully discharge. I think only one or two people already in possession of the E11 experienced this issue though... perhaps just the one. But I believe FiiO intentionally held the stock back while they investigated the issue and have ironed everything out now.

There are not any problem about the battery, the only bug we had found from MIKE in headfonia, is the protect circuit of the DC output , and the bug had been solved before shipment.
 
There are three protect circuit in E11
 
1, Battery protect circuit. which can protect the batter from over charge and over discharge.
 
2, DC output protect circuit. which will auto off when the output have DC voltage so to protect your earphone/headphone.
 
3, Auto power off protect circuit which protect the short circuit between real Ground and Virtual Ground.

I've posted a link from the E11 impressions thread to this thread, and I'll keep future E11 availability and order related posts in this thread in order to keep the other thread clean and focused on E11 impressions.
 
We won't be accepting any orders for the E11 until we are very certain of when it will be delivered to us, which is typically the day after the packages clear customs and we get a firm delivery date from the courier.
 
If you are really really worried about missing out the first batch and want to be notified when it becomes available, send me a PM with the subject of "E11 Notify" and I will try my best to send a response back as soon as the E11 is available. Be sure to turn on the email notification for PM if you want to receive a email when I send a PM back to you.
