@YanaMJ you're right. I feel kinda let down by Shanling with them not releasing any fw update in long long while. It was my first Shanling gear and frankly I have no confidence in the company.

Hmm, I'm surprised by both of your comments. I've got an UP5 and love it and every one of their DAPS that I've had have been among my favorites.

I'm hoping that someone can help me with this. Every few seconds I get a double tone on my UP5 while on BT to my iPhone. It just started doing it a few days ago. Very annoying. I'm on the latest firmware 1.6.3.

Mine too. I cant figure out why? Battery is full and music continues. Mines been making the the double beep tone for a few months.

So strange. I really wish there was a factory reset function. I heavily use my UP5 and it’s basically useless now.

We had some cases on iOS with this two years ago, I don't think it was ever addressed by our software team.
