Shanling UA5 - Next step in our portable USB DAC/AMPs

@Shanling, thanks so much for posting beta drivers for us to use. Works perfectly on Samsung S22 Ultra. The connectivity issue prior to the drive change was a little discouraging. I was regularly checking the shanling site until I stumbled on this post.

Sounds fantastic and allows me to use ua5 without connectivity issue.
Where can I download them?

Questions regarding UA5:
Using it for a couple of months and noticed three things:
  1. SPDIF outputs voltage 3v but no sound with output switched to spdif. Others work with the same cable
  2. No matter what filter I choose nothing changes perceptually. My exp with FIIO (AK) and MUB1(CS) filters switching produces results
  3. No windows 11 support yet after more than a year on the market???

1. Please what exact cable are you using? There are two standards for coax over 3.5mm, you need to use TRRS for UA5.
2. This depends a lot on implementation of DAC and also on users. Some hear it more, some less.
3. Do you face any issues with our Windows drivers that we provide?

My shanling ua5 screen, on the left and teh right side is darker. Is this normal ?

Mine, with minimal use over a year and a bit, has pretty bad screen burn-in but not dimming like this. When you scroll, are you seeing afterimages of this?

@Shanling this screen burn-in issue has stopped me from buying your H-line of products. Have you taken steps to get better screens for your newer products?

There are different screens used among our models. For example H5 and H2 use similar sized display, but different construction that don't show such issues.
