For me works with Neutron player and worked with Hiby however Hiby didn't do OTG - Shanling did OTG but not gapless, Neutron does both but would sooner only use what came with the M8.So it does work with something like Hiby, etc?
Haven't used UAPP or Neutron since way back in the day when my source was an LG V20 lol. Hah i think the M9 Plus will be better in every department. The tuning is similar to the M8 but taken to the new hights.Has anyone heard the M8 compared to the M9 Plus? Which one do you like better?? Of course only from the sound.

Factory reboot. I forget how to do itMy M8 stopped turning on, tried to charge it for a long time, the red charging light is up, but the device won't power on.
Could you pls help with how could i fix that issue?

If the red light is stuck on, two things to try:
Forced restart by holding down the power wheel 2x 15 seconds
Let battery run dry, until the light turn off, then put on charger and it will revive.
Try booting into recovery mode:Tried forced restart without success either plugged in or without a charger
The red light is only on while charging not without being charged - how could I let the battery run dry?
Any other ways to restart the device?

How to enter Android Recovery menu?
If you will be facing some system breaking issues, it’s always possible fix them with help of Android Recovery menu.
1. Turn off player.
2. Hold down volume wheel and top left button at the same time, hold until Shanling logo appears. If performed successfully, image of green robot and “No command” text will appear.
3. Hold down volume wheel and while holding it down, turn it one step clockwise.
4. Now you entered Android Recovery menu. Use volume wheel up/down to go through menu and press volume wheel to confirm. Wipe data/Factory reset option can be found in the middle.
Only other option we could offer would be to send it to us for out-of-warranty repair.Have tried that without success
Few days after replugged the device to a charger and even red light isn't coming up, does it mean the battery has been fully drained?
