It doesn't matter what you charge. The device's electronics are protected and will only take what it can. There is nothing to fear..
Hello everybody. please tell me which device you use to charge the player.
Yes, but better use a "powerful" charging devices - I use my OnePlus 7T fast charger. It doesn't matter what you charge. The device's electronics are protected and will only take what it can. There is nothing to fear..

In our office we like Anker chargers, lots of them support QC3.0 for M6 Ultra. And while traveling I like to take my Minix charger: https://minix.com.hk/products/neo-p3
Please do when you get a chance! I like them a bit wider than taller myself
So it's been 5 months since this post and I went ahead and purchased the M6U 'assuming' this wouldn't be an issue on my network. Well it is. I am running a 5G WPA2 network using my ISPs router (Bell Canada GigaHub). Speedtest shows 400Mbps on my iPhone and iPad, but just 4 on my M6U. Streaming is impossible. Downloading terrible. What a great disappointment. I will have to return the device. Anyone know of a DAP that handles streaming seamlessly on a home network?Reported to software team.
Are you running it in 5G WPA2?
So far there was no fix for this from software team.
Thanks for feedback, will add it to our list of routers to check. So it's been 5 months since this post and I went ahead and purchased the M6U 'assuming' this wouldn't be an issue on my network. Are you using Shanling Music app? Have you tried any other app?I'm getting familiar with just received M6U. Trying to get connected to my NAS but getting message - User/Pwd is not correct although I'm pretty sure the login credentials are correct. Also the last few posts regarding some network issues are not making me very happy...I was going to buy an Astell&Kern DAP but a friend of mine suggested to try Shanling M6U first so I did...Well, not very optimistic start to be honest...

I am only using streaming apps. And as for the issue being confined to "few certain routers", my router is an ISP router that half of Canada uses. So it's just bad development on your part, sir. Thanks for feedback, will add it to our list of routers to check.

The Wi-Fi issue is only with few certain routers, if your M6 connects with normal speeds, there is nothing to worry.
Nope... Only the Shanling Music Player works in Prime ModeSorry if this topic has been discussed already - If I install USB Audio Player Pro on my M6U - will I be able to configure it in "prime mode"? Or UAPP takes care of itself when active?
Thank you!
* "prime mode" means - no apps running on background, etc
