Shanling M5

You could check AVgearshop.com from Canada. Thanks.

Buying from Canada is relatively easy but shipping things back for repair isn't what I would recommend.  Shipping is about as bad as sending it to Asia.  It would have been maybe $10 to ship in the US with tracking but it was closer to $50 to ship with tracking to Canada to send a 1 meter RCA cable back for replacement.

You could contact this company, Gold Dust shop. Shanling products are not yet in the catalogue on their website but this company is carrying our DAPs.

Thanks.

Can anyone advise the phones output Crosstalk measurement in dB for the Shanling M5? I can't seem to find this listed in the specs anywhere.

Could you please explain what specs is this? Is there a example? Sorry for my poor understanding.

Thanks.

Dear Shanling,

Thank you for the wonderful DAP, in my personal opinion it is far superior than any other devises on the market within the same price range.

I need some help with the M5 USB Driver (2016-03-23), which appear not to install properly on Windows 10 (64bit), any suggestions?

Kind regards

With the Massdrop going on right now, I am surprised only 2 have jumped in.

My question would be where will the ones from the drop be serviced?  Will it be by Massdrop?

Just posted a video walkthrough for physical and firmware user interface to YouTube (LINK). I'm no video pro, so it's a bit rough, lol.

As far as a review goes, yes I agree that would be nice. It will be just one person's opinion, though. I just took a new job and am very busy and have a wife and kids to boot. I'd usually have posted a review by now, but it's fallen by the wayside, unfortunately. What I will say is that I have access to DAPs from Aune, Cayin, FiiO, iBasso, Lotoo, Shanling, and Soundaware. I could literally use a different DAP every day of the week right now, lol, and the M5 is one I find myself returning to. Fantastic mid-tier DAP IMHO.

Anyhow, here's the video...

Awesome! I've been lurking a while on the site trying to decide on a good overall DAP.  I think I've settled on the M5.  Just hoping they get some US distributors soon.  I want to spend some money! :)
