@Ultrainferno I’d like an IEM very trasparent but not harsh with a very good and rich mids and extended airy Highs.
Bass should be tight but deep and well connected to sub bass, but I don’t need a Boomy bass IEM.
I’d pair with Shanling M6 pro

@Shanling ME500 and ME500 platinum differences are on cable and platinum external coating?
The sound signature is the same with the same cable?
I own M6 pro and I don’t know if ME500 is good enough for this dap.

There also some small adjustments to the tuning, Platinum version offers slightly more treble compared to OG version.

My review of Shanling's ME700 is out. And I'm really glad that the company is brave enough to release a model with non-mainstream sound
Introducing new Shanling AE line of earphones
After two years and six models in the ME line, with all of them using dynamic drivers in some way, we are adding new AE line, with pure Balanced armature driver designs!
Using Sonion drivers, switching to standard recessed 0.78 2-pin connectors and with even bigger focus on bringing you the most beautiful faceplate designs.
We are starting with simpler triple driver Shanling AE3.
- Sonion 2354 & 38D2XJ balanced armature drivers
- 3D Printed shell
- Starry sky stabilized wood faceplate
- Recessed 0.78mm 2-pin connectors
- Quad core silver-plated copper cable
