I'm using it with the sony hybrids, got a decent seal but when I push it harder, the sound becomes more detail, so which tips should i get that is comfortable and last long???

Try contacting Heir Audio for a set of their red stem universal iem tips. They're about the same shape as Sony hybrids, but but flange does not compress as much.

Hey guys as a former owner of the IE80, just want to share with you how I am amazed by the Heir 4.Ai recently bought after I sold the IE80. Now with the 4.Ai I wouldn't even buy back my IE80 at half the price of what I sold.

Not here trying to bash the IE80, but that mid hump was just too much for me and it ruins lots of my music (mainly classical). If any of you who are pondering decisions on the 4Ai, I will recommend it to you without hesitations. Sorry if I sound like a fanboy of the 4Ai.

Perhaps it may be better to qualify it by saying that the 4Ai suits the music you listen to better.

That said, my experience with the IE8s for example is that you can EQ majority of the mid bass bump.

That aside, glad you found something you like.

i think the source also plays a major part. i never really enjoy my ie80 with my ipod video 5g or touch.
i started to enjoy the ie80 it when i bought the studio v and pair it with my ie80

Uwell, had the comply now but they muffle the sound quite much, still enjoyable though
