So I know that the TF-18 customs are being done in UM but I was wondering if anyone has ever heard of IE8's being reshelled. And if so, is it worth the money or should I just buy a pair of used JH-11 for 500 dollars and get it reshelled. If I did should I straight to UM or should I try Fisher-despite having horrid customer satisfaction for higher end iems reshelling- Or should I go with the TF-18

I've never heard of the IE8 being reshelled. I'm not sure it's possible or advisable reshell a dynamic driver IEM.

Think it was in the UM thread somewhere but it seem like there was no improvements brought about by the custom shell.
