When I had Dekoni Elite Hybrids, what I noticed, because of pad thickness volume dropped down and as it is also thicker around ears it wasnt as "roomy" as default pad which affected frequency response. Highs got sharper, was little muffled and bass is stronger maybe by little degree. I am glad you like yours, this is just my experience.

Have Xduuo TA 26 coming, currently there is discount on Shenzenaudio/Amazon uk, maybe not up to the lvl what headphone can do, but will surely inject good amount of tubiness to it.

If those DAPs are like my Fiio M11 pro ESS you will think it's fantastic but have your mind blown hooking the HD800S up to a tube amp. Using a La Figaro 339 and the soundstage is immense, the tubes add just a little bit of warmth to make the sound more natural to my earsI am just speechless, how HD800S presents music, vocals, instruments, stage nothing missing nothing too much,what a piece of art.

For any of you that have both the 660s and 800s, a question. How much of an improvement do you get between the two. I recently picked up the HD-660s on sale, I think they're great! When the 800's go on sale, I'm going to check it out, and was wondering what to expect...

Have stock pads and headband replacements always been scarce to find ? I've been looking and found a site, but not sure if they're authentic or not...

No, but there is a shortage at the moment. I've spoken to multiple dealers and Sennheiser is working on manufacturing more, a few have trickled in the past few months but they all recommended to place an order and secure a spot on the waitlist.
Someone could help me to EQ my sennheiser hd800s for add +6dB bass? i never had done this before and i don't know which is the best program.
Right now i have the ifi diablo, but in the past i had the fiio k3 pro which had a button that adds +6db bass and it was a pleasure that extra bass, so i would like to do the same with EQ.

The best program in my opinion is Equalizer APO + Peace equalizer, you can download both for free. Just install both, open the peace equalizer and select your device.
I'll let you the EQ that I use with my HD800s in case that you wanna give it a try. It works great for me.
The first one is a low shelf filter and the rest are peak filter (you can change that easily on Peace EQ.
