The Meze Empyrean is made there too (obviously different company) and probably the best built headphone in existence. Most people love the sound, some think it's just fine, but I haven't heard one single complaint about the build quality.

It might be the old style still, but probably made in Romenia just like the one I have (Sound quality is the same of course).

660S remains spectacular. My chain is so clean it's just astonishing. Loving life.

Looks just like the 660s I received in the old box. Is it just me or does the plastic look cheaper, flimsier than on the HD-650? You can even see some lines, imperfections running perpendicular to the headband. Also, the grills are small than the HD-650.

Like this you mean? (See next post) I’ve just received these - haven’t even plugged them in yet, but I looked at the headband and remembered somebody had said something about this. It could also be my imagination but I see moulding imperfections on the yolk as well (compared to the older 650 600 580 that I have)......

They are the old style but made in Romania. I’ll give them a listen later on.
