Question for the HD599 owners...
I bought these because it seems they're widely regarded as one of the most comfortable headphones out there. With several hours of listening now under my belt, I find the clamping force to be much higher than expected. It's not painfully tight, but it's a far cry from the "I can wear these for hours and forget I even have them on" comments I read all over the place.
Thoughts? Anyone else notice this? Maybe Sennheiser changed the design recently?
When I find the Monolith M1570 to be more comfortable and effortless than the HD599 it's time to start asking questions.
