Yeah, you can definitely bring friends! I'm going to be trying to get two of my friends coming as well! (My offer to help transport other people and gear still stands though, if anyone needs it!) I think it would help BIG POPPA to know about how many you will be bringing, in case we end up needing to move to a larger space...

Yeah no problem! I'd actually be interested in hearing the Flare R2A. That's the Kickstarter one, right? They have that Vortex patent on them.

Still in Yggy queue, so have stayed at our lake place in Eastern WA. Here's the email from Schiit in June:
When will our next batch of Yggys ship? We were hoping for the end of June. Now, it is looking more like July. Our supplier has had a one month shipping delay for the AD5791 DAC chip, which is pretty much the heart of the Yggy. The delay is outside of our control. We have worked to shorten the delay by working with alternate suppliers but this chip isn’t widely used and there aren’t piles of them sitting around in a warehouse waiting for a buyer. Our best estimate at this point is second week of July. Our hope is that it will occur earlier than that. I apologize for the delay. We’ll let people know when we are ready to ship.
Now, however, the website says ship in late July. I really enjoy the meets and wanted to bring a Yggy/Stax setup to this one, but may travel light and just bring a pair of cans if it doesn't ship in time.
Cool, I'm still a bit tentative, its my daughters 6th b'day the same weekend. Things might get hectic. If I come ill bring the he-400i, gustard h10(hopefully somewhat burned in by then) fed by my sacd player. Dac is not quite portable.

Indeed it is the Kickstarter one, well one of the Kickstarter ones of recent memory. Perhaps I'll have the Hyperion and Delta from Trinity Audio Engineering as well, another Kickstarter I backed. I was totally unaware of whole Vortex patent thing. If that's what's related to their advertising of the pressure-balancing thing, then yes to that as well haha.
