Unfortunately they won't or don't update specific product threads. They just update the main schiit thread. Which is a schiit show to say the least. It's like an advertisement for retired Facebook users peddling their own wares over there. Ask any schiit related questions and get a bunch of useless replies by the same regulars who think they own the place.

I find it challenging to sift through that thread for any useful information or updates. I actually find out about new Schiit releases from Reddit even though I’m on headfi pretty often in other Schiit threads.

Because the main thread is basically a Schiit discord channel. Too much chatter about all sorts of things to keep up.

I just follow "Jason Stoddard" so I get alerts when he posts. That's pretty much the only time I will wade into the chaos of that thread.

Been doing more 12AU7 tube rolling on my Vali 3 leading up to the Valhalla 3 launch, and I am strongly considering getting a matched pair of Raytheon tubes for the Valhalla 3. Stock Valhalla 3 listening would come first of course, but those tubes my might be the first ones I roll.

From Jason in the Schiit Happened thread

Hey all,

Some updates:

1. I expect Valhalla 3 to hit next week, pretty much in time for May Day.
2. Frustrated by the wait? Don't fret. There's another product release this week. It's called "Mimir."
3. There are also a couple other announcements in with this week's product release.

Unless something really weird happens, I expect this week's new product to hit on Thursday. It would be our normal Wednesday release, but I'll be coming back from Yamaha on Wednesday, and I want to be available to answer questions about Mimir. The Yamaha visit pertains to our PCB assembly line. There may be other verticalization options to explore (outside PCBs, outside Yamaha) as well, but I'm trying not to digest the entire elephant this year if I don't have to.

Suffice to say, things are busy!

Well, I guess my Schiit shopping cart will include Valhalla 3, Saga 2, and possibly "Mimir" (???) next week. We shall see how this all plays out. ACP commented that his work this past week involved both FB and "Mimir".
