26 years of wedded bliss on my 2nd (and final) try. 17 years for my first try. I married young.
Congratulations you youngster, .....yet to see 60! :)

Man, I sure hope you put the bug in her ear to buy you some dressy black Schiit Socks when anniversary time comes!

45 years here this month. I read that sapphires can be found in the color of Telefunken Glowing Gold and even Silver. She's going to love the matched pair she gets in our silver MJ2!

Congratulations to all of course.....socks or not!

We're coming up on our 28th anniversary next month.. :beerchug: We just finished tripling our solar and battery bank about an hour ago. We also Installed a small system dedicated to powering a proper Schiit amp. :gs1000smile:

34 years for us this month. Yikes!

Wow! I am feeling like I am in with folks that are out of my league. Congratulations to all of you!
Life is short, we are transient, the only difference we make is to each other.

Congrats!!!

BTW -- I've crossed that 60 threshold. Not by much, though. Not that it matters since 60 is the new 40, right? :D

Talking Schiit...

I am very impressed with Vali 3's ability to drive my Hifiman Aryas and sound great while doing it. There is virtually no HP this diminutive behemoth won't drive well!! :D

The next long trip is BOTH of us. I stayed home this time because no dog-sitter. She got to meet our new (first) granddaughter; I got to rearrange…
K, leave the keys under the rock left of the porch. I"m sure @Ripper2860 will make it look like no one was there.

Congrats on the grandchild!

The masks are on to hide their NC vinegar BBQ sauce-stained lips.

Were those your anniversary gifts? No idea that the 28th was "solar"

Congrats!

This year will be our 34th and our 28th! We have 2 anniversaries for complicated stupid reasons. I want to go to the Chapel of Love and do it again so we can have 3. 3 times the charm, right?

Tonight's Jazz recommendation. A favorite of mine from a trio whose leader died tragically and too young. If you've heard of E.S.T., you know how good their music is. If you have not -- I think you're in for a treat.

Enjoy!!

** Sounds great with any Schiit gear and really good with BF2 ->Vali 3 w/ Brimar CV-455 -> HD6XX.

Frikken’ amazingly well-recorded show, and top-tier musicians! Thanks for the recommendation.

Qobuz native on WiiM Pro > coax to Yggy+ OG > Kara > Tyr > large Magneplanars.

The SQ difference between this and the CD is nill.

Yep, “Mastered by Nimbus” super hard to photo these by the way

I have a Simple Minds Live cd mastered by Nimbus, from sometime in the 80's. (I think the labels back then were clutching at straws trying to keep up with cd demand.) It sounds smooth and slick compared to other copies, by other companies which sounded dry and rough by comparison including the vinyl pressings.
