Good point!! I listen to pop, movie soundtrack (Hans zimmer mostly), I listen to the eagles too!
Cool, so then the second most important question: what's your budget?

Wow, the witness protection program is having problems hiding you? Or, do you just want to be closer to @Ripper2860 and his Texas BBQ?
I just want to go back to a place where a 10 mile drive takes 10-15 minutes instead of an hour and a half. 🤣

Nothing general about it for me. I hate every aspect of it. But looks like I'll be doing it again shortly to southern OK. Maybe you, @Ripper2860 and @macdonjh should lobby the state legislature to build the wall on TX's northern border? 🤣
You've barely unpacked in Atlanta. You my friend are a real thrill seeker!

Magnepan makes a desktop system - https://magnepan.com/products/mini-maggie-system - sold out right now.

I'd like to hear one in a good setup -room. Heard one in a cinder block office a while back that wasn't doing much for me.
I have a Monsoon MM-2000 hooked up to my desktop Schiit. It's kinda like a desktop Magnepan, what with flat planar panels and all. I like it.

Using a set of Tyrs on desktop speakers is like putting a Ferrari engine in a VW Beatle.
Remember, it is not always about raw power and large speakers are often far more easy to power than large ones.

KEFs really do benefit from amplifiers which have more control over them. Some may find a single Aegir will not control the speaker well... LOUD is not control

Point of order, Mr. Speaker! With my Hydrogen-alpha solar scope, it is very apparent that the Sun is a sphere. Even with my white-light filter on a 150-600mm lens on my Canon DSLR, images of the Sun clearly show its spherical nature.

...
Really? That's so cool. Love to see such an image. What makes it so apparent that it's a sphere and not just a circle?
... Having watched many long lasting sunspots come back into view. Now I'm picturing them falling off the edge into space because they can't make the turn of the edge of a flat circle the sun might be.
...
That's exactly right. They come from darkest space and transit the flat face of the Sun. Then they toddle off to wherever they share beer and BBQ. Or, as @jonathan c suggests, they go back to the office and make more VantaBlack.
Actually ... those sunspots aggregate together by way of infinite vacuum attraction to form ... the vantablack that we so arduously desire as soundstage background in our audio gear ... 🙄
Explains why Vantablack is so scarce. And we complain about our Mjolnir3 getting hot....

I gave him visiting privileges to the Barbie Cardboard Fort, so he's moving closer to take advantage of my generous offer. 😏
