It's interesting, but now that a lot of people are starting to use smart TV 's and dongles, HDMI cables may become less important. Having a TOSLINK in might actually be the way forward.

It's a plug-in hybrid with a 4.4 liter V8 that puts out 644hp and 590lb-ft of torque, weighs north of 6000 pounds, and has the drag coefficient of the side of a barn — and thus gets you an eye-watering EPA rating of 14 mpg combined.
It may take me a couple of days to quit laughing at that.

Just as I was thinking, like a few others have posted: I like that some car makers are willing to take styling risks. I really don't like the Cadillac designs of the last ten years or so, but I do like that they aren't amorphous blobs like so many other cars. So, even though I won't buy one, kudos to the Cadillac design team. But then @ArmchairPhilosopher has to go and post that photo of the XM. Shame on BMW. :)

… rather like @bcowen’s ‘original’ Sidecubus headphone amplifier … 😝 EDIT:9FE76A8F-3D8E-41E6-A57F-D12F2178BBB3.jpeg
No, that's my CorrectlyOrientedCubus. Several really weird people have theirs oriented differently though. 🤣

And I'll bet you like NC outdoor cooking, too.
Not sure what provoked that. My thinking was simply that the TeleTubbies, being aliens, would have tech to vanquish a bunch of Aussies, who are alien-tech-free.

Dunno which, if either, would have an opinion on NC outdoor cooking. Come to think of it, maybe the Wriggles would be tossing 'nother 'Tubby on the barbie.

My Snake Oil digital coaxial audio cable shipped. Do I expect there to be a big difference? Not sure. Will I fall victim to hearing magic coming out of my speaker probably not. Or will I...stay tuned... At the very least I expect it to be a high quality cable I can rely on and not be a weak link in my system. 😁

Now if I can just fast forward in time and have Sys in stock and ship I will have volume control over my CD player and system will be complete for now...lol

I have a SYS I’m not using. Only $415!

(kidding!)

I had the opportunity to drive a similar Citroen. A coworker was retiring, a fan of Alfas and Citroens. His retirement celebration was at a Chuck-e-Cheese. Seriously. He let me drive his Citroen with the Maserati engine and hydraulic suspension. It was amazing how smooth the ride is. You did not feel speed bumps driving over them and according to him, is an excellent highway cruiser. A car way ahead of its time.
The Citroën SM (Maserati) won Motor Trends Car of Year in 1972: the first time a foreign car won that award.

Oil injection, right? Tell me you didn’t have to buy (or make) mix…
Gasoil? One hasn’t lived until one mixes gasoil, uses it, and survives! 🤣
