My only worry is that in all the BBQ wars not one of these experts has mentioned there isn't A North Carolina BBQ, there are TWO.
It looked like the right quote to me. Though you are one of the suspect 'experts' in the BBQ warsQuoted the wrong post. See my edited post 3-4 above this one, @golfbravobravo .
You cannot expect Mr. Cowen to acknowledge the existence of the other type sauce!! That would be like Ohio State saying something other than “that team up north” when referring to Michigan, it just isn’t done. Thanks for that. I generally rely on the advice here. My only worry is that in all the BBQ wars not one of these experts has mentioned there isn't A North Carolina BBQ, there are TWO.
I am disappointed that it is only after 3 years as a North Carolinian that I discover that there are two types of sauce. That MUST mean that the 'other' type is the one you all tease @bcowan about. I therefore conclude that we in NC are obviously better. We have choices whereas you people down in that odd shaped state have only what has been foisted upon you all these years. You cannot expect Mr. Cowen to acknowledge the existence of the other type sauce!! Indiana is not known for bar-b-cue, we have to travel to Tennessee or Kansas city for it.I am disappointed that it is only after 3 years as a North Carolinian that I discover that there are two types of sauce. If time is of the essence, you can do the whole thing in about 10 minutes:The Big Lebowski is more fun and can serve the same purpose. 260 times in a much shorter movie.

I believe they counted 274...
Or... or... Bueller? Bueller?Indiana is not known for bar-b-cue, we have to travel to Tennessee or Kansas city for it.
FYI 12AT7 is 3 times the gain of a 12AU7. I wouldn’t recommend it. There are a bunch of 12AU7 variants to choose from.12AT7 and 12AU7 are a safe bet with the proper adapter. This family of tubes support both 12v and 6v heater filament voltages and with a 12A*7 to 6SN7 adapter it will present 6v to the amp. I've used these on my Lyr 3 and Incubus with no issues. @Deyan is a HF member and makes the needed high quality adapters.
After you've had proper BBQ, you won't care about pot.I'm glad to hear that cannabis is still available in Texas.

While I do not choose to try adaptors for some tubes I probably spend more time trying to help @bcowen not destroy devices with some of his choices. My replies to him usually start with the words "Are you nuts????" and go on from there.
Your conclusions are incorrect.I am disappointed that it is only after 3 years as a North Carolinian that I discover that there are two types of sauce.
