IEMagni arrived yesterday (complete with Built in Corpus Christi sticker!) and replaced my work Magni. It's nice to be able to use IEMs at work via my Schiit stack.

So many choices now at work:

Buying Schiit products is like eating pistachios, you can't stop even though you know you should. After the IEMagni arrived I decided to replace my work Modi 2 Uber with a Modi 3+, no specific reason, mostly curious about Unison USB. It does allow me to take the Wyrd out of the chain and now I have a backup Wyrd > Modi 2 Uber > Magni in case I should ever need one, or perhaps i can convince my wife to replace her Fulla 2 with the stack. (Took a year to get her to use that, primarily to not wanting 'clutter' on the desk top.)

For in-stock items, Schiit is pretty impressive, from Texas to CT:

IEMagni, ordered 5/13 10:45 AM, at the PO Box at 8:39 AM on 5/17 (3 days, 22 hours)

Actually, Washington state has 10% sales tax - that's why I don't use my mailbox there anymore during non-covid times - Oregon does not have sales tax and that is why no one "visits" Vancouver, WA.

Old Road Toad was not a "regular joe". I always looked forward to his posts, so did many others. He was quite beloved on this part of Head-Fi. So I am concerned when he pops up and makes posts that don't sound like the Old Road Toad.

We should absolutely stop discussing this.
If we (and I for that matter) are/were so wrong about this then nobody is helped by pursuing this.
In the last place ORT (if he's there).
The only mystery here is why (if we, me included, were so wrong) people that knew better (like his son who visits this forum regularly) didn't inform us of our error.
That is besides the way I let myself be taken on a fools journey. There's only myself to blame.
