Schiit Happened: The Story of the World's Most Improbable Start-Up

What was the link directed towards?

If it went to the puzzle maker's website: Lame

If it went to an archived Calvin and Hobbes comic: Rock on
It took you to a webpage that told you if you had won $2 or $2 million. We obviously got $2.

This forum is a trip. Jason says, "We are thinking about getting rid of paper owner's manuals" and 1650 posts later, after everyone has chimed in multiple times, made fun of some other user, or discussed how they resell Schiit products, nothing is answered and the round-robin of snark circles back on itself.

Mr. Stoddard, as is customary for a small business owner, please do what makes the most sense to YOU. Thank you!

Great writeup on what will be an awesome product. Here’s a chapter idea based on your article and my recent thoughts about the Vidar 2: something covering power vs loudspeaker load would be great - including singled ended vs balanced capability when it comes to impedance rating, current delivery, and design / component bottlenecks.

Yes, thats why my first Schiit power amp is a single Vidar 2, not mono blocks. The recent Heckuva deal Aegir is Single too.

The maths check out.

Fun fact: Our soon-to-retire head distiller, Michael, somewhat famously is never seen drinking water. His reply is always, "There's water in my whiskey / coffee" depending on time of day.
Not that he's drinking at work (much).
Water… rusts the pipes

The times when we have to taste through samples from 12-16 barrels for our Single Barrel Bottled-in-Bond releases are the days I excitedly go to work really early and stay really late.
FTFY. 🤣

There's water in my coffee/beer/whiskey is exactly the line I use with my doctor when she tells me I should drink more water. :)

Unfortunately, I can’t hack your Alexa webcams and look at your listening rooms and assess what volume level you consider “enough.”
Two thoughts:
- Are you sure you can’t…? 😜
- I had to re-read that sentence a few times until I realized that you weren’t saying “look at your listening room and asses” 🤦🏻‍♂️😁

I have a cell phone, but I've never scanned a QR code.
I use the phone mostly for robocalls, and the flashlight is handy when I miss my mouth and drop food on the floor. YMMV.

The times when we have to taste through samples from 12-16 barrels for our Single Barrel Bottled-in-Bond releases are the best-worst-best.
Now That would be a fun day at the office. :)
