Schiit Happened: The Story of the World's Most Improbable Start-Up

Thanks for the clarification. Is it possible to convert STL files to STEP? Just curious, no intention of milling a solid block of unobtanium or unaffordium to make a raspi case, lol...
.
I heard that the price on unaffordium has skyrocketed over the last few months. Might want to stock up now before it becomes ROFL-ium. 🤣

And here I still have to get up and push the button on the front panel... It's like living in the stone ages!
No teenagers around? It's about the only practical use I've found for them so far. 🤣

I thought it was a Kraftwerk review.

Seriously tho, and I’m putting on my Schiit fan-boi hat here, I’d have preferred to have seen Darko compare the Viking CD player to Urd+Yggy (OG). The Schiit combo would be $3998 which, to me, would be more of an apples to apples comparison. Whatev, his channel his choice.
I was thinking the same thing. Urd/Yggy vs Viking

I shocked a neighbor when I explained power tubes of a certain type were hard to get because the factory was bombed in 1999.

I need to get busy, I am borrowing an idea for a headphone stand.
Headphone stand? Do tell!

I will show a photo if I ever figure out all the cuts and angles. The pads will be hanging freely so sweat will dissipate and this version is for a single set of headphones. It should be pretty as well as functional if I can get it to work.😀😀 I rarely sell such items, I usually give them to friends.

2. At the same time as Mjolnir 3, you'll also see another product that should raise some eyebrows--in terms of capabilities, design decisions, lots of things. I haven't talked about this one, so it's a total surprise. And no there's no switch on the front, so maybe not too crazy, right?
Schiit Ullr - AM/FM receiver for the rest of us.

Am I right?

Kudos to @Charente for FRAZE, a brilliant idea, well executed.
I'm reminded of the many non-native speakers I worked with over the years. I particularly enjoyed sharing idoms with them. It was fun watching some QA engineers from India puzzing out "knuckle head". Many of them spoke English very well, and interpreting idioms in context was usually possible for them. The absence of context makes the FRAZE game that much more challenging.
I'll add, sheepishly and without excuse (as there is none), that I am a monoglot...

I'm glad you're enjoying you new Schiity toy. Maybe one day I'll also score a minty one and get to taste more of the beginnings of Schiit.

An hour ago FedEx dropped off my Asgard OG. I got so happy, I took it with me to the gym instead of leaving it in the house🤓. It awaits in the car.

Once I'm out of the gym, I'm heading straight to church, where I keep my Modius and several headphones.🥹
Enjoy! I have Asgard 2, which is delightful too!

I promise that I would care less about the issue if I was the only one in the house using the equipment. FWIW, I’m pretty happy with my gear but it’s ok to have a wishlist, right? 😎

And you’d pocket a grand. As someone recently said: “Moar better…”

English is only my second language, of course, but I truly believe that it's the most beautiful language in the world. And no, I'm not kidding. Sure, there may be languages that sound nicer, but no other language is more versatile and descriptive, yet remains so very approachable at the same time.

English is the street mutt of languages. It has ... let's say ... hybrid vigor.

But it is always pleasing to read things that are well-written.

In terms of accents, as I have said before, I have read every post in this thread, and the fact of the matter is that all of you sound exactly the same. Every one of y'all sound exactly like my accent and voice. Seems peculiar, I know, but I trust my ears on this.
