I think if you want to bring some tunes to the Schiitr and play with the Gadget right now it's currently up to 24/96 but will be 24/192. Dr. Ivana is almost there and will be ready for sale first quarter. At least that's what I recall...

Yeah I might be wrong, Ableza thought Mike said "Oh it will be working" and I thought he said "No it won't be working" so it could go either way lol

EDIT: I was wrong, the Gadget is good up to 192 kHz!

Or exactly that, paired with something like this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0002J2MV4/
Good thing the Gadget only supports 44.1 kHz so far, that should be possible to read reliably despite the cheap conversion tools. You can use the A/B button to check that input=output.

Eh... run the output of the Gadget into the Jil...

My Gungnir doesn`t do 24 Bit anyway, Or am I missing the point here?
Of course it does. It's compatible up to 24/196.

Not that there is any genuine information at 24/196, but Gungnir will decode that input.

I've posted this lot's, I have used CD's that I've bought for 4 bucks that sound as good as what I've bought from HD Tracks. Not that they don't have a good service but, and I don't want to start anything cuz it's a hobby, but 24x96 vz 24/192 ............ And I do like HD Tracks, I like CD's too! Multibit!
Of course it does. It's compatible up to 24/196.

ooow...I think I get it now. You put the gadget before the DAC?
So it has to do 24 bit files in order for Gungnir to completely ruin them in an obsolete way.
:)
Yep. It's digital in- digital out.

And the beauty is (in my little rat brain anyway) an Yggy league Gadget will, if plans go well, become reality along with the good doctor's code for a superior input/delivery system from the source, and possibly a Yggy/Gumby level Loki Maxi Deluxe if you need to sweeten the recipe even more.....works with most/all music you could possibly think of/have.....no royalty, DRM, etc. Fun times ahead at the Shiitr!
