I have a question. The small blue dot on the left of each thread is the ones that have new comments, am I right?
Is there a way to keep the threads with new comments on top?

Once you've read all the new posts, if you migrate back to that page after a while and hit the refresh button the new unread ones will be at the top.

It took me a while to figure out how to upload pics to "my album" and post from there the way I always did. Turns out it was unnecessary, you just click upload a file and get it from wherever on your hard drive. Hope this works with a phone. The nice thing about the phone is pinch and zoom now. This is a big adjustment

It going to take awhile to get used to the new website...

Just a quick note: the hours for the Schiitr will be changing as of next week. We're going to be open both weekend days, but at the cost of a couple of weekdays. So, as of May, the new hours will be:

Thursday-Sunday 10AM-6PM.

Being open both weekend days allows us to fit into more people's schedules—the weekdays are usually pretty dead until Friday.

Change is something that we sometimes can't avoid.

Plus, I'm very, very used to the glitches and hitches of EVERY major website platform transition. Any web development company promising a seamless transition of even a moderately-sized website is out-and-out lying.

Centric has done hundreds of site transitions, and they're never easy—and we've never done anything at this scale. The reality is that things will be broken (but they'll be fixed), some good ideas will turn out to be not so good (and they'll be changed) and the site will rapidly evolve over the next few days and weeks (for the better.)

So, take a deep breath, don't panic, and give (calm, rational) feedback where appropriate. And all will be well...

...until the next change.
