If you are ever in the San Antonio area, try Longtab or Gather. Both have insane food and beer. A simple Longtab helles will convert most who think, "Well, it's a light lager, how good can it be?"

Also...anyone saying digital is "solved" or "done" is gonna have a mind-reset of the highest order, sometime in the next 18 months. Found the FAQ on cartridge mounting I mentioned earlier. While I have heard differences in tone when adjusting VTA, I have to wonder if it's mostly with certain cartridges, and only when they're way off.
