Ugh, I finally caved. Vali 3 in black and a GE 5670 5-STAR 3 Mica Black Plate are ordered.I blame you lot, FOMO was strong.

I doubt you'll regret it..... at least listening-wise. I got one for the same reason. Since I received it my Jot2 has been powered off. I have to say that a Vali 3 looks a bit silly sitting on top of the Yggy but once the headphones are on, who cares.

I'm trying to keep the tube rolling to a minimum (a. lack of tube knowledge, b. funding). I got a
TESLA 6CC42 (5670, 2C51, 6385, 396A), Pinched Waist, D-Getter, 100%, 1957

For me, it widened the sound stage significantly, brought out detail, and is just plain fun.

I will confess that it does have me wondering if this little amp with a single tube is so lovely, would More is Better still hold true?
