I have been listening to my Valhalla for a little while (just got it about 3 weeks ago) and noticing that one side will be predominant. I have swapped my tubes back and forth and noticed it goes away for a couple of days and returns. Figured I would email the guys over at Schiit because they have been responsive on other fronts. Within 10 minutes of me sending my email this morning at 1000EST I had a response, they are sending me a replacement set of tubes.  I cannot tell you enough how happy I am with their products and their fantastic support. Cannot wait to buy their DAC!

Yeah, I love Schiit. The one time I gave them a call about my order status, I ended up talking with Jason. He was very pleasant and clearly really into this hobby. I ended up chatting with him about various headphones for about 15 mins. He also replies emails very promptly.

Sounds like another company whose equipment I've owned in the past - CIAudio. ( http://www.ciaudio.com/ )  Very nice guys, will chat with you on the phone about various equipment issues, and they make very-well made and designed quality U.S. audio equipment.  Made like little audio jewels really.  Among others, I owned their VHP-2 and VDA-2, good stuff.
Just like the Schiit Lyr!  Really a well made product, especially when cost is taken into consideration.  Gotta love value products!

Yep, DACs are coming. We're now confident enough to say we'll be announcing pre-orders on the first one in June (entry-level), and a roadmap for 2 other models, so you can plan what you want to wait for.

Rumors that they will all have Mike Moffat's signature on the back are greatly exaggerated. Or not.
