Go for either the CM9 nightly (the latest one, naturally) or DarkyROM v11. I'm on the latter one, and it works like a dream! Best version to date, based on Android 4.0.4 ICS.
P.S.
I keep telling myself that I'll be content with whatever new custom ROM comes out (it was Gingerbread last year, then ICS just now), but I want Jelly Bean, mostly for Project Butter )
EDIT:
I just remembered something awesome! Jelly Bean will give Android perfect gapless playback, even on stock music players! Definitely something worth noting for head-fi'ers! Jelly Bean for the i9000, please? XD

Hmm, any idea when a stable ROM for the i9000 is coming out? ICS is nice and all, but the added features on JB are really tempting XD
I need a fully functional phone though, so nightly builds are sort of out of the question :/
