Well, I'm not sure about the Galaxy Nexus but at goldenears they measured the output impedance of the asian versions of S2, Note 3G and it was respectively 11.23 and 3.44 and they stated that Samsung is probably raising the output impedance of the European versions of the phones, so that the volume abides with the EU legislation. And as the S2's European version has been measured at 49, it would be probably safe to say that the Note's impedance might be 4 times higher but that's a speculation and from what I heard it's deffinitely lay lower than the S2. Anyway, I wouldn't worry too much about the Galaxy Nexus as supercurio said its Texas Instruments DAC had potential and was good but I guess it's main downside is the lack of DSP - still seems to be way better than the Yamaha in the sq department
