No not yet, im still awaiting the cable as it's coming from hk so post can be a bit hit or miss, i will update soon as it's arrived.

I have only the e7, so i can only test the dac side of things for now until i sort out another amp.

But i had to change the rom, revolution hd 1.3 had some issues when charging, it meant i had to remove the battery before it would boot up.

Anyway im using paul's rom from modaco and it's running great, just had to flash the rom and the add on kitchen pack.

Even supports ota updates from google which is great news.

I have today used this phone in the gym, as i wanted to test it using youtube hd over hspda.

It was fantastic, 30 minutes used around 15% of the battery i just need to sort out a decent playlist as it wasn't easy searching on a cross trainer.

Just got a chance to do a comparison between my S2 and the Galaxy Nexus.

Nexus is clearer overall.  Better instrument seperation and detail because of it.
Nexus is punchier not as dull.
Soundstage isn't wider or bigger quite similar in that regard.
Bass amount is similar, just more focused and detailed on the Nexus.
Lower noise floor on the Nexus as well.  No noise carried through the head phones from using the screen.

Nope but now you mention it, i think i'll have a nose.

Still waiting on the cable....

On the upside, now using adw launcher ex, so no more google search bar, there's a lot more real estate now that's gone.

Has anyone yet tried to connect a Galaxy Nexus to a USB DAC?  I'm extremely curious to know if Ice Cream Sandwich will have the driver support it was billed to have.

I ordered a micro USB to USB adapter.  But I have a Galaxy Note.  So it'll be a good month yet before I get properly Sandwiched.

Just got my GNex, pretty impressed by the SQ so far. Coming from a Clip+ as my portable source, using the RE262.

Probably, the USB Host feature should not be enabled in the Android 4.0 of your GN.

OTA 4.0.2 is available.

subscribed, doesn't the dac on the e7 work with the built in battery or is that just for the portable amp? if that's the case then you might need a powered hub. I've allso read that you need an OTG usb cable not just any usb cable.

if this works (nexus>usb dac) I might be getting this phone or any android with ICS for that matter...

Got my cable today, plugged my e7 into my nexus and nothing, nada.

Somethings clearly amiss, perhaps it needs a powered usb cable?
