I do not know the gentlemen in person, nor can I verify, confirm or falsify the message, so lets keep this as a rumor at this stage. Given the HD800 was announced at 2009 CES, and the recent raise in flagship yardstick, it is about time for Senn to do something. Lets see if the 60 days rumor on IEM products realised as stated, but my wild guess goes to CES 2015 for theb launching of new flagship products, as it can mark as a kick start for Senn's 70th anniversary campaign.

From what I been hearing something new is coming at the CES but not sure what an dI could not get any more information. I will be at CES and let everyone know what I see there.

If the "HD900" is supposed to be the successor to the HD800 I would expect a price increase, but an increase in price of 10 times is ludicrous...

Headphone HiFi is just going to turn into 2-channel HiFi, get used to products that cost $15,000+.... it's only a matter of time. Remember when the K1000 was the most expensive headphone you could buy at $1,200?
