iFiEmatch adapter gives any improvements for sensitive and low impedance IEMs like DN-2000J as per your trials?

Hi, long time lurker but posting first time.
I am from Bangalore and got introduced to Head-fi around 3 years back.
After numerous iterations of headphones and IEMs I have now settled down with Grado PS500 and UE TripleFi10.
Right now my sources are Fiio X1, Audiquest DF1.5 and Peachtree Audio Nova125SE. 
Other gear I own but may have to sell to gather funds for HD6xx   , Audio-Technica M50, Hifiman RE400, Meelectronics MDuo and M6.

  I have ordered something via USPS priority and can't seem to track the item after the departure from USA. I called up my post-office and they asked me to check the India post tracker online which just lands up on some error. Is there some one with some experience here ?

I can see in my Massdrop transactions. Does it mean i will get one ?
But i didn't get charged yet except $1.
 
Fyi.. i have already one stock HD650 only 10 months old

Yes, there is no hiss first of all (depending on your music player). The low impedance setting gives you better dynamics with deeper bass. The ultra sensitivity is more of a neutral response.
