Rockit Sounds R-50 Reviews and Impressions

OK so im seeing all these comparisons vs. the Rockit R-50... But how do they compare to the Audio Technica CK10? Anyone?

I'm really thinking about buying the R-50 since my CK10 needs to be repaired.

Got the R-50s in. As everyone else has said, the stock tips are pretty flimsy. I got a much better seal with the gray tips from the Shure tip pack at Earphone Solutions, although these tips are a little hard to get on (barrel diameter is a little small). However, the upper mids and treble are awfully powerful with these tips, more than I want to EQ out. I know I'll do much better with foam tips to absorb some of the highs and bring out the bass as that's what I had to do with ER4Ps. Got the Comply T-200 multipack because it seems like they probably have the right barrel diameter.

Thoughts on how they sound after I get the foamies

The 100's are the next size smaller i think, so they should.

The Comply T-200s tips were too big. Does any know if the T-100 or TX-100 fit?

I was hoping someone could confirm it. I have some of ERs foamies for the ER4P, which has a very similar barrel width, and I cannot get them to go on the R-50s.

Over the ear IEMs will never be as comfortable as straight down style IEMs.  Fortunately, the R-50 can be worn in a straight down position.  To do so effectively and comfortably, I wear the right earphone on my left ear and the left earphone on my right ear.  This way, the earphone-ear ergonomics work as intended by the designer(s).  I tried this a few days ago, and seeing that I had a perfect fit, I now wear my R-50 in a straight down position.
