Same here, I know how painfull it can be... My first cat died when I was 16 and has been there all my life.

Now I got a new one: I think you can order one on catmazon:

I am very, very sorry to hear of your loss. People who don't love animals have no idea how strong the animal-human bond can be. Take the time to grieve; things will only get better. Hang in there, and talk to friends about your pain.

I am so sorry to hear your loss =(

A friend of mine has 6 dogs and 4 cats. This one older cat I LOVE, her name is Cowgirl, shes a calico. She's a total attention whore

She loves to get hard head/face pets, back stroke pets, she even head butts you on your head and slobber kisses you. She's my fav, but I like Spirit too, he's more of a sit on your lap and stroke kitty.

Here's some stuff to hopefully help you recover:

Funny intarweb cat pics! - I love this forum thread

That's rough losing a pet. Condolences on your loss.

We recently lost our stupid cat to the tainted pet food with kidney failure. Talk about out of the blue losing a healthy cat! I had a love/hate relationship with Gabby but she didn't deserve to go out that way. She deserved to die with me chasing her down in the middle of the night for jumping on my head and me breaking her neck. I tried many times and never caught her...

Anyway, I saw this thread and it touched a nerve. Thanks to all for sharing.
