Review: Questyle Audio QP1R - With Multiple Headphone and IEM Pairings

I tried to make a back up copy of one of the SD cards in my QP1R but failed. I couldn’t transfer the files from the card to my computers, I tried two MAC’s and a PC and just got lots of unable and error and files not found type messages cropping up as soon as the download starts. Any advice? The original card is a SanDisk 200GB, formatted in the QP1R, and I just dragged and dropped the music as folders for each artist and in them folders for each album.
Do you have a card reader to try?

Many thanks to Bruce for getting my QP1R battery repaired/replaced. Everything looks great!

Much appreciated Bruce :)

I don't have a tracking number quite yet, but mine should be on the way back soon. I know it's back from China at least.

No news on increasing the library song limit either ... 19,712 songs ... I'm getting close

The Opus #1S ... Seems to be better software-wise and SQ is good enough for comutting
Might as well go with that other one, since quantity means more than quality. I assume you're using lossy files, which means you don't really need a good player like the QP1R. I suspect that Questyle isn't going to bother with improvements-maybe bug fixes-if any. They have their QP2R to promote.

Hi

Sorry to hijack the question, butt I've been wondering the same about Shure se846? These should drive really easily , right? But I often have to go to over 90 in low gain to hey a decent volume / enough oomph!

There is a bug, ask Maurice! We both think the volume is about 20% lower than before. I.E. A track that you used to listen at 30 with 1.0.8, is 20% lower at 60 with 1.0.9.

I would have to unfortunately agree.

Hopefully Questyle will take care of this with their next update.

We shall see (or in this case, listen). *edited with @Darren Cotter ’s edits.
