I received my QP1R back from repair even though it took awhile. Thanks to Bruce @bSquared64 for the use of the loaner and taking care of the repair process. I'm back in business and enjoying music again.

Also received mine. Bruce was fantastic!! They really did a wonderful job refurbishing. The wheel is better than when I sent it out. No issue with it now and it’s very responsive. Just received it so still need to confirm about the battery indicator but it sure does sound beautiful. Thanks @bSquared64 !!

I got mine back too! Just about to board a 5 hour flight for a serious listening session 
I got mine back with a new type black wheel skin to try that looks and feels great so I’ll play with that a bit too.

I tried to make a back up copy of one of the SD cards in my QP1R but failed. I couldn’t transfer the files from the card to my computers, I tried two MAC’s and a PC and just got lots of unable and error and files not found type messages cropping up as soon as the download starts. Any advice? The original card is a SanDisk 200GB, formatted in the QP1R, and I just dragged and dropped the music as folders for each artist and in them folders for each album.

Got the PM from Bruce and returned the loaner, which was received last Monday but no shipping or tracking info yet.

You'll like the black wheel skin. I love it. It really gives the wheel a better tactile feel and control.

It was an unexpectedly long road but it's good to see the end is in sight. Nothing like having your own.
