If you're going loud, you could be clipping the output (or possibly clipping the input since you're driving it from a preamp).

Just to check, you're feeding Jot xlr outputs into HA-200 monoblocks?

As an aside, I have a spare output module that lets you bypass the output resistors with some jumpers. Free to whoever. Just pay shipping.
