It feels like there's some space, some air between instruments, it also depends on the music you listen to, today it was more obvious for me when listening to Cocteau Twins album, Treasure for example.

It's the same for me, my english is poor and I'm not audiophile, but I try to be understood.

That had to have been a defective pair. Lots of bass with both my Silver Bullets.
