I personally think it's worth something more. I think I listed it as 8/10.

Skin - 7/10 A Dutch film about a boy that slowly becomes a skinhead. Interesting and raw film. Overall good with some flaws (imo). Rated as 7 as it was interesting.

Bedtime Stories[9/10]


A family comedy about a hotel handyman whose life changes when the lavish bedtime stories he tells his niece and nephew start to magically come true.

"Arthur and the Invisibles" - 7.5/10. Surprisingly good kids movie. Mixes animated scenes with live action. I understand that theater version was much better than the DVD version so I'll look out for directors cut.

The Mummy - Tomb of the Dragon Emperor: IMO not very good, glad I did not pay to see it at the theater. But for a lazy Saturday afternoon it is passable.

"Windhorse" - 7/10

1999 film of three tibetan children who witnessed their grandfather's murder by Chinese police and grew up under Chinese occupation and oppression. Filmed largely covertly on location in Tibet with amateur actors using videotape, it loses 1.5 points for bad production quality, but still most worthwhile.
