Now on the top of the best movies I've ever seen. An absolutely stunning, frighteningly honest take on addiction and self-destruction.

Totally agreed! One of my top 5 movies for sure!

Gran torino: 9/10

Really good stuff!

Changeling 8/10. Jolie plays her role very well. Great soundtrack from Clint Eastwood himself
Australia 6/10. Two movies for the price of one.

James Bond - Solace, solid 7/10

Was typical James Bond action...but lacked something, hardly any comedy from him...he is just to bland imo.

Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford - A++ best movie I've seen in a while.. long movie with slow pacing but kept my attention all the way through.
I also just saw Burn After Reading - I'd give it a solid A... pretty funny movie, not the Coen Brother's best though.

Speed Racer - 9/10

I expected to loathe this film but it turned out to be one of the best silly blockbusters to be released in a long time.

12 Monkeys - 9/10. Really good film, quirky storyline that was good but sometimes a little too fitting for the events.
Brad Pitt was awesome in this!

Requiem for a Dream - 10/10
Intense, frightening, and captivating.

Tarzan (Disney) - 9/10
Excellent movie, beautiful animation, lovable characters, but abrupt ending.

Hercules (Disney) - 7/10
Not as excellent as many other Disney movies, but still a very solid effort with some nice music and art style.

21 Grams - 3/10
Convoluted and overblown plot. Everyone's miserable, including me after watching it

Doesn't fit into the movies that I watch to really be affected by or intrigued, nor the movies that I watch for pure entertainment. It's just depressing.

"Travellers and Magicians" - 9/10

2003 Bhutan subtitled Buddhist travel story-within-a-story wherein some common problems from this veil of tears get isolated, exercised, and resolved. Wonderful photography and venue, convincing characters and character development. A good foreign flick.

That would be Brad Pitt doing his inimitable Bruce Willis impersonation.
