I saw zack and miri make a *****. it was funny with a good underlying tone of humanizing the characters; it was just as realistic and awkward as it would be in real life. 8/10

The Kill Bills.

'nough said. (read: 10/10)

Edit: well, on a more realistic note, 8/10... but I'm hard to please.

Let the Right One In

While I liked it overall, I had difficulty taking it very seriously. Some scenes made me laugh out loud, which in turn degraded my initial serious perception of the movie.

7/10

Sunshine: 9.8/10

An incredible movie. Very captivating and very well thought out- even to the smallest details that might go unnoticed. It took a realistic/scientific direction rather than a unrealistic thriller- but it worked and I was on the edge of my seat the whole time.

The only thing I found a big fault in is I believe the Sun turns into a Red Giant before it burns out, but in this movie the Sun is just dieing.

Also, the '5 passenger' thing may have been just a tad overboard, but I guess it worked.

I like how the ending was done too. Quite emotional for me.

"The Assassination Of Jesse James By The Coward Robert Ford" [9.3/10]: I really liked this film. It was a little slow at the beginning, but the portrayals and the growing menace of the plot were very engaging. Filled with interesting "cameo" performances. The soundtrack by Nick Cave and Warren Ellis from Dirty Three was great! I loved it, highly recommended!

The imagination of the creator is unreal. It delivers a strong message too.

Hayao Miyazaki is simply amazing. Check out his other movies including Howl's Moving Castle, Spirited Away and Castle in the Sky.

Wall-E - 7.5/10

Finding Nemo - I try to stay away from cartoon stuff, but this was a pretty decent movie. Good piano score and a positive fatherhood message, not common among all the goofy cartoons I think.

8/10 - I liked it a lot.

That one made me extremely depressed especially the end. Good movie.
