Day of the Dead - 8/10 Loved the despair, and the cooped-up craziness, but the gore and soundtrack really didn't match it well. Of course Bub was a high-point. Now only one left...

Romero is a genius.

Role Models - 6/10

Paul Rudd was hilarious as usual, but it was kinda predictable and got cheesy towards the end. Worth a watch though, had some great moments.

Magnolia: 9.5/10
Wall-E: 9.5/10

Watched Magnolia again tonight. I really love this slowpaced ensemble cast drama from beginning to end. Aimee Mann's music fits perfectly. I can't help but fall in love with this movie.

Wall-E is Pixar's best so far, no doubt about that. Animation approaching perfection in my opinion.

Zack and Miri Make a *****: 8/10

Normally, I'd skip movies of this kind thinking they're just based around cheap laughs. I tagged along with a couple guys and I was surprised by the witty screenwriting and impressive performance by Seth Rogen and the whole cast. I'd recommend for anyone who's being turned off by the title to ignore its bluntness.

Also surprised this got a R and not a NC-17
