Right.I cannot imagine there is enough of a market to produce a product simply to drive 2 pairs of sr1a at once

Nice! You need to get Tung Sol 6SU7GTY black glass and RCA 5691 red base just to complete the collectionReady to roll, where's that amp? LOL!
I do like the amp interface box a lot more than the reviewer. I have tried a lot of amps with that box.Pretty nice review.
Yes, but you also seem to change your front end more than you change underwear.I do like the amp interface box a lot more than the reviewer. I have tried a lot of amps with that box.
I spoke to Danny the other day and he got me all pumped up about listening to the new tube amp (that got damaged in shipping). I hope to do that in November or in January at the Newport, CA show.
My current (hopefully final) SR1a setup looks like the following:
1) KRELLK-300i integrated amp with internal DAC + RAAL amp interface box + SR1a (bedroom system)
2) Benchmark AHB2 (an extra amp) + CODA 07x preamp + RAAL amp interface box + SR1a + Accurate Sound Convolution filter for the SR1a (office system)
3) Maybe new RAAL tube amp. Need to hear it first. (office system)
BTW - The CODA 07x preamp has 2 XLR outputs, 1 for the SR1a Benchmark AHB2 amp and another for my floorstanders. The 07x is excellent with the SR1a and makes this setup work sonically.
I do not change the underwear that much.Yes, but you also seem to change your front end more than you change underwear.
I still find the HSA-1B a good option for those whom don't want to deal with speaker amps or DIY direct-drive amplification and complement with xyz planar.
Underwear are overrated.I do not change the underwear that much.
I even sold my LSA Voyager 350 GAN amp last night after 3 months. It was not bad with the SR1a, even better after I got it modded. I sold the Voyager for $200 less than the amount it cost me. I was trying out a few amps this year with some funny money I had. I realized I needed to hear gear at my house before I could decide.
