I believe it is 7 feet...I have one on its way for me to test out
Has anyone blown a fuse on their Hsa-1b...?
Several times now. Search it in this thread, we posted some info on it earlier. Slightly annoying but easy to remedy.

I see that you suggested using 2a fuse. Does it fix the problem or will it still blow from time to time? Thanks.

That's a good question.
That was Danny's suggestion from RAAL, however, it still seems to blow from time to time. I'd try a slightly higher amp rating for the fuses next time.
I think that the quality of the fuse also matters. I’ve blown the stock fuse on the HSA-1a which I replaced with a higher quality slow blow one (can’t find the reference at the moment) and ran like a champ. Replaced the stock one from the HSA-1b when it arrived with the one that I was using on the HSA-1a and no problems so far. I’m now on my second HSA-1b (yes I meant second, had my previous one replaced due to some random channel imbalance and noise) running the same replacement fuse. That was Danny's suggestion from RAAL, however, it still seems to blow from time to time. Interesting, I wonder what could be causing this? Well, I find out for myself soon enough. I've had 1 blown fuse in 6 decades and that required a repair and was years ago.
I notice both you and @Njychen are in Canada, although I can't figure why that should make a difference, still 115 volt, right?
Haven't seen this mentioned at all in some of the reviews and only 1 other posting than yourselves that I'm aware of.
Anyone here in the US experience this? I better order in a few fuses, LOL!
