I did what you said. Yes, she’s exceptionally attractive…..but does she behave like Adele or does she actually have a brain and some intelligence?
regrettably, I have never broken bread (or bed springs) with her so I cannot say!

I really, really wish I knew from first hand experience, but no idea. Sadly.

The similarities between Ana de Armas & the Immanis don't stop at appearance, either. Both sound exceptional (I lose the ability to process complex thoughts when I hear her accent).

Arrived today....

With several amps ( saeq Hyperion and the new 300b Auris headonia! )
Very exciting times indeed.
ooh... the interface looks different from the TI-1b?

I enjoyed you initial impressions when you had both of these Raal offerings a few weeks ago. I'm really looking forward to your take on the Magna now that you have a pair for more than a few hours!
Thank you for saying so. I have had these glued to my head for 3 hours. Building a playlist now that I can share with new impressions. It is nice not to have a gun to head this time.....

When did you order them and how long was the wait? :)

Looks damn good, especially after previous DIY vibe RAAL models

I am hoping someone familiar with the tech behind Raal ribbon headphones can help me determine if my T+A HA200 with selectable output impedances from 8r - 80r will be appropriate for the Immanis headphones with the built in headphone stand interface. I have preordered these but since I have not owned a RAAL headphone before, I just wanted to make sure my setup will be optimum for this type of headphone. Any input would be appreciated. Here are some of the HA200 specs:

Maximum output (47kohm, 1% THD)8.261V (SE out, max. volume)
Max. power output (32/8ohm, 1% THD)1650mW / 1160mW (8R setting)
Output Impedance (20Hz-20kHz)8.5-77ohm (8R-80R settings)

Since the HA200 outputs 1.65 W into 32 ohms and 1.16 W into 8 ohms, you should have plenty of power into the Immanis using either the Ti-1b for 16 or 32 ohms input or the Ti-1c at 8 ohms input. If my Benchmark HPA4 is a guide, I use the Ti-1b at its 16 ohm input for my SR-1b since it outputs 6 W into 16 ohms and 3.5 W at 32 ohms. The Immanis need much less power than the SR-1b, 1/4 of the power if I remember correctly. The HA200 looks like a nice amp.

The minimum output impedance of his amp appears to be 8 ohms, which is somewhat odd (and quite high) in the realm of solid-state. As such, I would recommend using the highest impedance transformer unless you like flabby bass.

EDIT: OK, it appears T+A specified the "output impedance" settings of the amp where they really meant "load impedance". This makes much more sense, and negates the above comment about using the highest impedance transformer. Apologies for any confusion, but in my defense I hadn't had any coffee before my initial post.

Yes, agreed. My SR-1b sounds best using the Ti-1b at the 16 ohm input impedance with the HPA4 at its maximum power output, especially in bass slam and dynamics.
