I have an original Paw Gold and use it or my QPM depending on mood. What sound are you looking for? The QPM is pretty neutral with nice punch but not as aggressive as the Paw.

I need a softer neutral.

Depending if I understand what you mean by softer the QPM could be it, but everything sound is well articulated…
Do you mean softer as softer attack on notes or the tuning?

Milder, present, but less aggressive bass.

The presentation may is milder but I can’t comment on the bass, I don’t find the LPG bass to be aggressive and don’t have any other common comparisons

As it so happens, I do have a couple colleagues planning to go to Munich. I'll touch base with them and see what their exact plans are
