hi all, my last two pairs of headphones had the standard round chord, with the straight jack, both of these pairs have suffered a break in the wire due to me walking around with my ipod in my pocket, and the chord getting worn out.
however, my new pair, Sony MDR-XB700, have a different type of cable. it is a flat fable, with an "L-Shape" jack. will this suffer the same fate as my other headphones? I have a extension cable that will run the headphone jack out of my pocket so it doesn't get worn out, but its a three foot long cable. the only one i could find.
help please!
