Normaly when buying an amp there is a selection that will ask if I need 120v power supply or 220v power supply. On the amps I do own they are all 120v according to the power bricks but is there any benefit to selecting 220v? Aletrnativly are there any issues or dangers from selecting 220v over 120? Just as a referance I plug everthing into a isobar that say on the bottom 120v so if I were to get 220v would it even be pulling 220v's from the outlet since my power bar only pulls 120?

Depends on where you live. If your grid provides 220V, you use that. If it provides 120V, you use that. Don't go using a 120V PSU with a 220V source unless you want to bust your PSU.

You use what power your country supplies. U.S. is 110-120v majority other countries 220v. Selecting wrong voltage can permanently damage your equipment or worse.
