Hello, I recently got a pair of Elegia's and when I started using them I noticed like an echo effect and I was wondering if that is normal because of the way they seal? I never noticed this on my other headphones (T50RP, DT990, M50x, HD6xx,SR60) so I am curious if I got a bad pair. They kind of sound like when I cover my SR60s.

I've had it for a bit too, and haven't noticed that. Maybe burning in for a bit helps, because after listening to it for a week, I find the mids gotten a lot cleaner (or maybe my ear got used to it and telling myself that lol). It could also be because it's closed back and blocked with foam. Most headphones you listed above are open / semi-open so it might just be need time to adjust?

I found very little difference between amp vs no amp, but it might help a little.
