I thought so too. Ive sent an email to Quail about it. There surely was a mixup.


Update:: I just got this email from Quail:

Sorry for the mixup guys, this was out of my control.

There's an advantage with clear plugs though, you can see if the connection inside the plug is disconnected. Just a little something that hopefully washes the bad taste away

Its no biggie I actually like the translucent purple, it makes a distinct impression that its custom.

I was actually under the impression that the plugs would be clear (but through the building process it gives a purple hue) and cable color from nasty in grey to pretty in black.

I'm going to the post office tomorrow to hopefully send out all the orders I've gotten shipping payment for so far.

shipped out 15 orders that were for either one or two cables on my way back from school... I'll go ship out the larger boxes right now.
