No, they've offered regular polarity/flat CM 2-pin before, but by request only. So you would have to contact them directly or go through a dealer to get it. For example, Moon Audio's listing of the Anole VX UIEM uses flat 2-pin, with a black shell instead of the stock extruded 2-pin, translucent/silver speckled shell.

For my Anole V14 CIEM, I got it in flat/regular 2-pin after conversing with Andrew from MusicTeck.
So, the Anole V14 is available as a custom? In/from the US?

Disregard. I see I can get a CIEM version of the Anole V14 the V-14C: http://musicen.qdc.com/Product/58.html Would love to hear other's experiences with the V-14C. As a side note, I'm also intrigued by the Empire Ears Legend EVO, should anyone have a comparison. But the EVO isn't (yet?) available as a custom.

You can order a CIEM of the V14 in the US from MusicTeck: https://shop.musicteck.com/products...1&_sid=a7e75f08d&_ss=r&variant=39311866757182. They can help with any customization and pricing as well.

Fantastic -- thank you. In the meantime I'll be reading every review and comparison I can. I don't suppose the universals can be auditioned anywhere in the US? Maybe CanJam? Hmm, maybe contact MusicTeck.... Thanks again.

Andrew @MusicTeck sometimes has loaners of his wares that you can inquire about. ✌️

Another hot tip. And with your link I see that MusicTeck has a presence on Head-Fi. Much obliged.

Andrew is a great guy to work with. He’s become my first choice dealer.

I have no familiarity with the Monarch, but the sub-bass on the VX is quite good, and you can kick it up 5dB more using the bass switch. I really liked the VX a lot when I had it, and the things it does really well like staging is quite a memorable experience. ✌️
